Juan de la Torre is a working director, cinematographer, and CEO of Maverick Marketing. Born in Colombia, Juan relocated to the United States at a young age. Juan began his first entrepreneurial endeavors at the age of 16. Juan has been described by colleagues as an independent and abstract thinker. He has developed intensive, ambitious business strategies for short-term goals, and long-term objectives..
BRANDON YOUNG
CO FOUNDER
Brandon is the Co-Founder of Maverick and currently manages the Raleigh branch of our agency. He has a passion for helping businesses grow through brand development and creative marketing strategies. Before helping start Maverick he worked with Natural Light and Monster Energy doing event planning and digital marketing. Working with businesses of that size and small local ones has shown him what it takes to compete and be successful in the current market.

LEAD CONTENT SPECIALIST
Mathew Epp is our head director, videographer, and photographer based out of Charlotte. Looking to create the best product and results for each client, Mathew focuses on building a close relationship with each to client to nurture their needs. Mathew specializes in content creation with over a decade of experience directing projects and making dreams come true one frame at a time.
Oscar Cuahutle is a Project manager, and a Graphic designer based out of Charlotte. Oscar loves to help his clients in any way needed. His goal is to get projects done efficiently and on time, as well as create graphics for the specific need of any client.

Daniel Carpintero is a professional sales manager and entrepreneur whose goal is to drive sales growth through and improve sales process efficiency. He is skilled at developing the right action plan for each of his client's unique needs and committed to helping them choose the best products. He attributes her success to his ability to listen to customers and put their needs first.

Jaeden Drew is a professional freelance videographer and entrepreneur whose primary goal is to capture the best days of your life. His specialty is shooting VHS and event work, with the majority of his clients being club owners and artists of all kinds. Jaeden loves shooting people’s special moments on camera because he enjoys helping people cherish their memories for years to come. He’s a long time believer of the phrase “a picture is worth a thousand words but a video is whole a conversation”

Ethan Schwartz is a skilled customer service professional who’s goal is to drive sales growth. He has recently graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Marketing and has had previous experience working with the PGA.
